"Overseas"

"1000 and 1 night!" You will find a modernly furnished town holiday home with 3 large rooms on the ground floor of our apartment house no 10. The holiday home is suited for 2-6 guests. A large outdoor terrace with sandpit is part of this holiday home.

Here we have wide doors and the home is barrier-free. The rooms are renovated and refurbished. The maritime air makes for a perfect holiday feeling.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN

There is underfloor heating in the living and kitchen area. The living room offers a large corner sofa (160x200cm) that can be folded out. It can accommodate 2 additional guests.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster .... The cozy dining area offers ample space for all the family. As a little extra we offer coffee, tea, dishwashing utensils and tea towels included.

Bedroom 1

The large double bed (180x200cm) consists of two single beds. A comfortable seating area is also available.

Bedroom 2

In the cozy second bedroom we have a double bed (160x200cm).

BAth

The generous bath with underfloor heating has a low lying corner bathtub, a wide rain shower, a WC, a washbasin and a towel warmer.

Terrace

The large outdoor terrace (22sqm) is equipped with comfortable wooden furniture (large bench, chairs and large table) and a grill. For our young guests there is a sandpit on the terrace.

*The rates are inclusive of all extra costs for 2 guests. Bedding + towels + final cleaning are included. Only the tourist tax (2,50 € / night / pers.) is added extra. For long-term stays rates can be agreed on individually.

EXTRA BED

All rates refer to a booking for 2 guests per night. Additional guests (aged 4 years and older) can each be booked for an extra charge of 15,00 EUR per night. 
(children aged 0-3 years = in the bed of the parents free)

CHILDREN

For our young guests we gladly provide cots (15,00 EUR once)  and highchairs (5,00 EUR once). A toy box is also available.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY
We allow a discount of 10% for occupancy of an apartment as single use.

PETS
Pets are very welcome at an extra charge of 15,00 EUR per pet per night.
