We cooperate with Wisser's Hotel (Am Markt 21, 23769 Burg/Fehmarn). That is directly next door to our apartment houses.  ---> approach/parking via Osterstraße 7 <---

 

 

It simplifies your check-in and check-out. You can also take advantage of the hotel business, such as the reception service for the hand-over of keys or to get more information and help.

 

Furthermore, the hotel offers a restaurant and bar as well as a rich breakfast buffet. You can also use the passage through reception in order to directly reach the shopping area in the town centre.

 
RECEPTION                       

In the peak season our reception is staffed from 07:00 am until 22:00 pm.

PAYMENT                                                                                 

Pay by bank transfer!

 

Within 14 days after the date of issue of reservation confirmation is to be paid a deposit of 50% the rental fee, and the remaining amount is to be paid up to 14 days before arrival dayon the bank account of the owner.

 

When booking via internet portal (Booking, Expedia, Air bnb...), the terms of payment of the respective portal apply.

 

For short-term booking the total amount is to be paid immediately within 14 days at the beginning of the rental after registration.

 

At directly-check-in please pay your bill at the reception "Wisser´s Hotel".

Payment possibilities: VISA, EC, Eurocard / Mastercard, Cash

 

 

Cancellation

In case of cancellation the contract up to 30 days before the rental, we will be charged a processing fee in the amount of 20,00 EUR. With later cancellation up to 7 days before the rental, 25% of the total price are to be paid. After that 50% of the total price are to be paid. (In this case, contact your cancellation insurance.)

 

When booking via internet portal (e.g. Booking, Expedia, Air bnb...), the terms of cancellation of the respective portal apply.

 

PARKING 

Parking spaces are available for our guests, directly at the house, no booking required. Approach via Osterstraße. Of course, you can also park your motorbike here. Should the hotel parking P1 be busy, there are more spaces P2 available at and behind the apartment house Osterstraße no 10.

  

ROOM KEYS 

Please take your room keys with you when you leave the hotel (out of reception hours), as they also open the exterior doors.

BED LINEN + TOWELS + ROOM CLEANING 

The first equipment is inclusive (duvet cover, pillowcase, sheet, towel, shower towel, bath mat).

The final cleaning is also inclusive.

A laundry change costs 15,00 EUR per person.

An extra room cleaning costs 15,00 EUR per apartment.

 

From a 14-days-stay the laundry change and a room cleaning is free of charge. Please contact us for room service or we will contact you. (Tel. 04371 / 8898765)

 

Waste disposal: A dustbin is located directly at the apartment house no 10.

 

SMOKERS / NO-SMOKING-RULE

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas as well as in the rooms and apartments. We ask our smoking guests to smoke on the terraces or outdoors only and to use the provided ashtrays. Thank you!

GENERAL HOUSE RULES

  • The rental agreement becomes legally valid with written reservation confirmation of the owner. Information given verbally or by telephone is only non-binding information. The written confirmation of reservation is decisive for the content of the contract.
  • The rental price and any incidental costs result from current price lists and include VAT.
  • The rented property is rented out with complete inventory according to the inventory list and one-off laundry equipment. During the rental period damage to the object to be replaced by the tenant without proof of fault at cost price. The renter is equally liable for damages caused by accompanying persons.
  • The renter is obliged to comply with the regulations in the respective facilities of the owner (house rules, parking regulations, etc.). By using it, the renter accepts the rules issued for the facility as binding. In case of breach of contract, such as subletting, overcrowding, disturbance of the house peace, etc. as well as non-payment of the rent, the contract can be terminated without notice.
  • The owner is not liable for loss or damage to the items brought by the renter including cars.
  • The guest bears the sole liability risk for money and valuables that he leaves behind in the accommodations and waives all liability claims against the owner due to loss, destruction or damage to valuables in the accommodations.
  • Oral side agreements were not made until the contract was concluded.
  • Disturbances caused by events in the city center or the adjacent street are possible and do not justify a claim for rent reduction.
  • All information is provided without warranty. No liability is assumed for possible misrepresentations. Subsequent changes are reserved.
  • All rooms and apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas. In case of violation we charge 100 €.
  • Please do not take anything from the apartment equipment. It is our property! Missing items, furniture, decoration, laundry etc. will be charged. In case of higher damage the police will be contacted. Thanks!

PROTECTION AND HYGIENE CONCEPT


The following generally applies to our company:

  • The current contact restrictions of the federal state are checked regularly and our measures are adjusted accordingly.
  • The guests and customers are informed about hygiene and distance regulations (keep distance, cough and sneeze labels, wash hands, do not touch the face, use disinfectant) by suitable, clearly visible information.
  • Only people who are allowed to contact in accordance with § 2 of the Corona Control Ordinance of the State of SH in the currently applicable version may move into a room together.
  • People with respiratory symptoms (unless the doctor has clarified a cold, for example) or fever are kept away from the company premises.
  • In the event of suspected cases, the data subjects are asked to contact a doctor or the health department immediately.
  • If the disease is confirmed with the coronavirus, the RKI information applies to confirmed disease.
  • Our employees are trained in the applicable hygiene measures and standards.

General measures to combat and contain the corona virus

  • Mouth and nose cover and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • In the event of contact with other people or if the protective distances cannot be maintained, we / our employees always wear a mouth and nose cover.
  • Our guests are advised that wearing a mouth and nose cover is recommended for their own protection when in contact with other people.
  • Our employees only wear personal work clothing.

Hand hygiene

  • There are sufficient options for maintaining hand hygiene (hand washing stations and disinfection stations) that guests can easily reach and use without accumulating. Surfaces that are frequently touched by employees, guests and customers are cleaned regularly.

Workflows before, during and after the rental

Before booking

  • The guest will be informed about the specific rules of hygiene and behavior before arrival. If these regulations lead to a restriction of the offer, the guest will be informed before arrival. (einBett-im-Norden.de)
  • Towels, bed linen, dish towels, etc. are washed in advance at a temperature of at least 60 ° C with a detergent containing bleach. The beds can be made in compliance with hygiene standards. Alternatively, guests can bring their own bed linen.

Arrival

  • Upon arrival, guests must assure in writing that they themselves have no respiratory symptoms or have direct contact with a person infected with SARS-CoV 2. Likewise, in the event of proven contagion during their stay, they must also ensure that they will return to their primary place of residence immediately in accordance with the responsible health department and assume the costs and organization themselves.
  • Contactless processes are generally preferred when receiving guests. This includes e.g. prepayment of the accommodation by bank transfer. When paying on site, payment is preferably made without contact. Where this is not possible, a transfer of money and receipts is provided via a filing system.
  • Keys, registration forms and rules of conduct are preferably given contactless to the guest or are ready in the apartment.
  • In addition to the data on the registration form, current contact details (e.g. telephone number and email address) and last names of all guests are recorded in order to facilitate contact tracking in the event of an infection. This information is kept for a period of four weeks after the end of the stay and is given to the competent authority on request. After the retention period has expired, the information will be deleted or destroyed. Basics of data protection law (data acquisition and storage) are taken into account.
  • Our guests are informed about the specific hygiene and behavior rules in the holiday property, which areas are temporarily closed and where one
  • Mouth-nose cover must be worn.

Guest stay

  • The guests are informed about the hygiene and behavioral rules by notices and / or information in the guest folder. The guest folder can be cleaned (wipeable films). Alternatively, the rules of hygiene and behavior are made available digitally.
  • The guests receive additional information in the guest folder or as a notice about important corona-specific contacts on site (doctors, pharmacies, health department, taxi if necessary).
  • Guests are advised to properly dispose of used handkerchiefs, masks and gloves by disposing of them in a sealed plastic bag in the residual waste bin.
