The rates are inclusive of all extra costs for 2 guests. First Bedding and towels are included. The tourism tax will be paid on spot. For long-term stays rates can be agreed on individually.

MINIMUM STAY:

SHORTSTAY surcharge:

According to the arrangement.

You can book one night, a surcharge of 15,00  EUR will be charged.

LONGSTAY discount:

For bookings of 7 nights or more we give a discount of 10%.

EXTRA BED

All rates refer to a booking for 2 guests per night. Additional guests (aged 4 years and older) can each be booked for an extra charge of 15,00 EUR per night. 
(children aged 0-3 years = in the bed of the parents free)

CHILDREN

For our young guests we gladly provide cots (15,00 EUR once) and highchairs (5,00 EUR once). A toy box is also available.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY
We allow a discount of 10% for occupancy of a double room as single room.

PETS
Pets are very welcome at an extra charge of 15,00 EUR per pet per night.

BREAKFAST

The next bakery is near by the house (20 m).

You can also book the breakfast buffet in the Hotel Wisser (next door). Please book at the hotel reception on arrival day.

PAYMENT                                                                                   

Pay by bank transfer!

Within 14 days after the date of issue of reservation confirmation is to be paid a deposit of 50% the rental fee, and the remaining amount is to be paid up to 14 days before arrival dayon the bank account of the owner.

For short-term booking the total amount is to be paid immediately within 14 days at the beginning of the rental after registration.

Payment possibilities: Transfer, Paypal or Cash

Cancellation

In case of cancellation the contract up to 30 days before the rental, we will be charged a processing fee in the amount of 20,00 EUR. With later cancellation up to 7 days before the rental, 25% of the total price are to be paid. After that 50% of the total price are to be paid. (In this case, contact your cancellation insurance.)
