2 Appartments with connective doors

Two apartments together. You will find a modern, maritime home with 2 bright living and bed rooms,

2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a garden (with a sandpit), on the ground floor of our apartment house no 7. The holiday home is suited for 2-8 guests. The rooms are renovated and refurbished. The maritime flair makes a perfect holiday feeling.

Apartment 1 "Field"

The first large room is arranged to meet with a "field ambience" and can be used as a bedroom and living room. It is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm), a cosy lounge with sofa bed and flat screen TV. With 160x200cm, the sofa bed provides additional sleeping space 2 persons. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and towel radiator.

 The kitchen area is fully equipped and has a dining area.

Apartment 2 "Sea"

The maritime apartment is furnished to meet with a "sea ambience" and is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm) and smart TV. This living and sleeping room has also a sofa. With 140x200cm, the sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for 2 persons. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and towel radiator.

 The kitchen area is fully equipped, has another smart TV and a dining area.

GARDEN

The garden is about 50sqm and has several seatings, a small barbecue and a sandpit.

*The rates are inclusive of all extra costs for 2 guests. Bedding and towels are included. Only the tourist tax (2,00 € / night / pers.) is added extra. For long-term stays rates can be agreed on individually.

FURTHER PRICE INFORMATION

EXTRA BED

All rates refer to a booking for 2 guests per night. Additional guests (aged 4 years and older) can each be booked for an extra charge of 15,00 EUR per night. 
(children aged 0-3 years = in the bed of the parents free)

CHILDREN

For our young guests we gladly provide cots (15,00 EUR once) and highchairs (5,00 EUR once). A toy box is also available.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY
We allow a discount of 10% for occupancy of a double room as single room.

PETS
Pets are very welcome at an extra charge of 15,00 EUR per night.
