"Beach at the dyke"

You will find a modern, maritime home with two bright very large rooms, upstairs in our apartment house no 7. The 80 sqm holiday home is suited for 2-8 guests. The rooms are renovated and refurbished. The maritime flair makes a perfect holiday feeling.

ROOM 1 "BEACH"

The first large room is arranged to meet with a "beach ambience" and can be used as a bedroom and living room. It is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm), a cosy lounge with sofa bed and flat screen TV. With 140x200cm, the sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for 2 persons. The pantry kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and towel radiator.

ROOM 2 "DYKE"

The second large room is furnished to meet with a "dyke ambience" and can be used as a bedroom and living room. It is also equipped with a double bed (180x200cm), a cosy lounge with sofa bed and flat screen TV. With 160x200cm, the sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for 2 persons. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and towel radiator.

DINING ROOM WITH KITCHEN

The kitchen area is fully equipped, offering a kitchenette and dining area. The two bathrooms offer ample space for all the family. In each case, they are equipped with shower, WC and towel warmer.

*The rates are inclusive of all extra costs for 2 guests. Bedding and towels are included. Only the tourist tax (2,00 € / night / pers.) is added extra. For long-term stays rates can be agreed on individually.

FURTHER PRICE INFORMATION

EXTRA BED

All rates refer to a booking for 2 guests per night. Additional guests (aged 6 years and older) can each be booked for an extra charge of 15,00 EUR per night. 
(children aged 0-5 years = free)

CHILDREN

For our very young guests we gladly provide cots and highchairs. A toy box is also available.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY
We allow a discount of 10% for occupancy of a double room as single room.

PETS
Pets are very welcome at an extra charge of 10,00 EUR per night.
